What is JumpTo?
JumpTo is a fast short‑link and QR code platform built for speed on the edge (Cloudflare). It includes deep‑linking to mobile apps, advanced analytics, custom domains, and team features.
How do I create a short link?
Pick a slug, choose a domain (jumpto.io or one of your custom domains), enter the destination (web URL or deep link), and save. You can change the destination later without changing the short URL.
Do links open the mobile app directly?
Yes. We support iOS universal links and Android deep links. If the app is installed, it opens directly; otherwise we fall back to the web or the app store page.
Can I customize my QR code?
Yes. Choose colors (foreground/background), transparent background, sizes, margins, formats (PNG/JPG/SVG), styles (dots/finder), and logos (none/app/org/custom). The QR points to your short link, so it keeps working even if you change the destination.
Can I change a link’s destination after printing a QR code?
Yes. Update the destination anytime in the app; the QR code remains valid because it points to your short link, not directly to the destination.
What’s included in analytics?
Clicks over time with timestamp, country/city, device/OS/browser, referrers, and organization‑level views. Data retention depends on your plan (Free: 30 days, Pro: 2 years, Business: 5 years). Tracked clicks are unlimited; creation limits apply per plan.
What are the plan limits?
Free: 25 links total, 0 custom domains, 30‑day analytics retention. Pro: 50 link creations per month, 2 custom domains, 2‑year retention. Business: 250 link creations per month, 8 custom domains, 5‑year retention.
When do monthly quotas reset?
On your subscription anniversary date (for example: subscribed on the 8th → resets on the 8th of each following month).
How do I connect a custom domain?
Add your subdomain in the app, follow the guided DNS steps (CNAME and any required verification records), then verify. SSL is provisioned automatically when the domain is ready, and status checks are built‑in.
Are clicks limited?
No. Tracked clicks are unlimited. Limits apply to link creations and the number of custom domains by plan.
Can I use different domains for my links?
Yes. Choose between jumpto.io and any of your verified custom domains for each link you create.
How about security?
Google Sign‑In, organization‑level access control, SSL everywhere, server‑side checks, and edge‑served redirection for performance and a smaller attack surface.
